Nominee’s Bio: After graduating from our diocesan School for Ministry, I was ordained to the diaconate in 2021 and began clergy life in a bi-vocational call at St. Alban’s in El Cajon.  Once ordained priest, I served as Interim Rector at St. Timothy’s in Rancho Peñasquitos where the joys of leading a parish won out and I chose to fully retire from a previous career in healthcare IT.  As St.Tim’s concluded their search for a new settled priest, I took on the job of priest-in-charge at All Saints’ Vista, where I happily remain.

Nominee’s Statement in Favor of Their Candidacy: Having lived in the city of San Diego for many years and served in several parishes, I’m familiar with our diocese and the diverse communities of San Diego County.  I have experience on the Clergy Disciplinary Board and Clergy Enrichment Committee, and am finishing the term of an Executive Council member who moved outside of our diocese.   Continuing for a full term on Executive Council would be a wonderful way to serve more broadly.
