Nominee’s Bio: I am a cradle Episcopalian. I began life in Topeka Kansas with time lived in Detroit, Tucson, and the San Diego area. I graduated from college with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree and began my career in the field of travel. I retired about three years ago from SAP Concur and soon after began my journey towards the diaconate. I am currently serving as a deacon at All Saints’ Church in Vista. I have a broad base of life experiences and an open unbiased mind.

My service in the church during my adult membership years has included 20+ years of Sunday School, Vestry Clerk, Junior Warden, Senior Warden.

As a deacon I started a two year run of Humanity Showers at All Saints’ Vista, where we were able facilitate providing showers, food, clothing, phones, medical and dental services and housing resources.

Nominee’s Statement in Favor of Their Candidacy: I respectfully submit my candidacy for the Disciplinary Committee. I am committed to supporting a fair, consistent, and respectful process that protects the integrity and the rights of every individual involved.

I will endeavor to bring sound judgment, impartiality, discretion, and a careful approach to reviewing information. I understand that committee service requires confidentiality, freedom from bias, attention to established policies, and a willingness to consider each matter on its own facts. I will listen thoughtfully, ask appropriate questions, disclose any potential conflict of interest, and work collaboratively to reach decisions that are well reasoned and proportionate.

If selected, I will prepare diligently for meetings, participate constructively, and apply our governing standards consistently.
