Nominee’s Bio: US Naval Officer Lieutenant retired. US Treasury IRS revenue officer retired. Investigating officer and served on court-martial boards under military justice code. Investigating officer and technical expert under federal Internal Revenue Code, appeared as a professional witness in civil and criminal court. Past member of St. Marks Episc (place of confirmation) and St. Luke's Episc in Evanston IL (1978-1983). Associated with Fr Chester La Rue of St James Episc Cathedral in Chicago (see above clergy member in reference check) (1978->present). Past association with various Episcopal churches in Guam, Pacific, and in Los Angeles, while on active duty with the US Navy Pacific Fleet (1983->1991). Associated with St Paul's Cathedral 1991->1993. Member of All Saints Episc in Hillcrest (2004->present) (On parish vestry during the periods of Fathers Tony Noble, and Carlos Exposito) . Thirty year resident of Talmadge, San Diego.

Nominee’s Statement in Favor of Their Candidacy: I have been associated with the Episcopal Church for all of my adult life. I am very comfortable with understanding administrative law and using analytical tools to determine a fair outcome that matches the facts or circumstances of a controversy with the most appropriate disposition or outcome. As I am not employed, I have the time resource to focus on worthy causes and to return to the Church some of my labor and thought. I submitted this nomination of my own volition and interest in the works of the Diocese of San Diego.
